Canyoning.ai is a portal about the global, extreme sport of descending wet or dry canyons. The following terms meet the requests of all professional canyoning guides who organize events, promoted by our portal.

1.Terms and Conditions

Events purchased from Canyoning.ai portal are followed by the terms and conditions described below. Please read them carefully to avoid any misunderstandings. Your canyoning excursions will be operated by professional canyoning companies in various places and countries, where each one of them have their company’s terms according to local laws. Make sure you read them all and sign them all before getting into the canyons for a better understanding. It is very important for us at Canyoning.ai that everyone participating, guides included, is safe and enjoys our beloved activity in nature. Canyoning.ai is not a professional canyoning descending company. As mentioned before it is a portal promoting the sport.

Click the accept button after reading and understanding these Terms. It indicates that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you want to confirm an event booking on your own clicking accept is essential. If you want to confirm an event booking for a group you are deemed to be the designated contact person for all of your friends participating. Therefore clicking accept is essential to prove that everyone in your group agrees with Canyoning.ai Terms and Conditions. Please provide each member of your group with this link. They must read it through and sign it, too. Then each one needs to send it to our e-mail: sales@canyoning.ai writing in the Subject the date and place of the booked event.

  1. The Booking Contract

All professional events/descents promoted by Canyoning.ai portal have the same Booking Contract. Authorized professionals grand these Terms applicable after receiving a deposit by you (the Client) and a written confirmation by Canyoning.ai of your booking. The lowest age of participants in canyoning events is 18 years of age. All participants are obliged to provide full, complete and accurate information for their booking.

If you are booking an event on your behalf it’s ok. Please provide us with honesty and accuracy your data (we promise never to share any of your personal information with third parties according to our Privacy Policy and GDPR). If you are booking a canyoning event for a group you need to provide Canyoning.ai with:

  • Written consents of permission of authority to make the booking by all members after informing them on the activity.
  • All essential personal information (name, surname, age, address, country, telephone, mobile, e-mail, social media profile, contact person in case of emergency) of each group member.
  • Complete and accurate information on behalf of all group members and the permissions to share such information with Canyoning.ai according to GDPR for completing the booking.
  1. Medical Conditions and Medical Form

Canyoning.ai promoted events professional canyoning guides companiesrequire from all participants to provide us with all existing medical information after booking an event from our list. Please be helpful and complete Canyoning.ai Medical Information Form truthfully and accurately for your own safety.

In case of a pre-existing medical condition that might have an impact on your ability to complete the canyon descent and reach the safety of any medical facility please always have in mind the remote areas that you need to travel when going on a canyoning trip. It is not only a matter of your personal safety but also extremely important for the group of fellow canyoners as well. Therefore it is very wise on your behalf to return a Medical Form, duly signed by a licensed, competent and practicing physician, to Canyoning.ai prior to or in conjunction with your final payment in respect of the applicable booking.

The Medical Form should be honest and accurate as a warranty to your ability to take part in the canyoning event promoted by our portal. The information included will be strictly confident according to GDPR and our Privacy Policy. We would like to apply to your understanding, as Canyoning.ai reserves the right to request proof or further information or professional medical opinions in certain instances, where it is deemed in the best interests of your own safety or necessary for the safe canyon descent of the canyoning group. We also apply to your full cooperation if the professional leader, the staff or escorts of the descent might deny your participation in order to protect you and the whole team of a potential life threatening situation due to your medical condition. In the extreme case of a booking not likely to happen Canyoning.ai promoted events professional canyoning guides companiesreserve the right to cancel it and apply cancellation fees as mentioned further in the Terms and Conditions file.

Before entering a canyoning trip please ask yourself if you are capable to participate, as you are responsible for your own suitability.Please consult your physician if you are fit and strong enough for such an adventure. Necessary or advisable vaccinations, medical precautions and concerns are advised to be completed before booking an event in Canyoning.ai portal, as we are not in the position of offering any medical advice or opinion.

Canyoning is an extreme sport in nature that offers various levels of limitations in case of a pregnancy, difficulty in mobility (physical or cognitive disability) or other physical/mental conditions. Please examine with responsibility the risks and physical/technical requirements of each canyoning trip before booking an event in Canyoning.ai portal. For your own safety please be extremely informed about the distances of the canyon descent you wish to apply from any medical facility. Keep in mind also that the facility may not meet the standards of those found in your home country. Canyoning.ai portal promotes canyoning trips in many different countries and is not responsible for the conditions of medical institutions. Therefore it is highly advisable to be careful and personally responsible for your own health and wellbeing.

  1. Special Requirements

Food and accommodation:Some professional canyoning guides offer dietary and accommodation tips, but such requests do not form part of these Terms or the contract between you and Canyoning.ai, as our portal is not responsible for any failure to fulfill such requests.

Age: In most countries of the world a person of 18 years is considered to be an adult. Under that age we advise the parents to co-participate if their youngsters (minimum age limit of 12 years) wish to participate in the activity. Each parent is responsible for max 2 teens. In the case of minors there are limitations that vary in each country and professional canyoning companies policies. Before booking for a minor a detailed contact with the leader is essential. However, Canyoning.ai is not responsible for any fees, damages, or losses incurred as a result of any failure on the behalf of anadult/parent to secure the safety of their minors. When booking for minors the responsibility of any behavior, obedience to safety rules, movement in the canyon, etc. is totally on the parent/adult escorting the child. Please keep in mind that canyoning is an extreme and therefore risky sport in nature, very demanding in terms of discipline and cooperation, mutual understanding and trust, technical knowledge of movement on rocky environment and rope rigging.

  1. Insurance

It is extremely important that all participants acknowledge that it is mandatory to obtain travel insurance with medical, evacuation and repatriation coverage covering all applicable dates of any canyoning event promoted in our portal Canyoning.ai. The insurance must cover personal injury and emergency medical expenses. On the first day of each canyoning event the professional guide who is offering the activity in our portal will verify that everyone on board has such an insurance and coverage in place. It is strongly recommended and advised that everyone also extends their coverage to include cancellation, curtailment, and all other expenses that might arise as a result of loss, damage, injury, delay or inconvenience that might occur. Please acknowledge that the cost of the canyoning events promoted in Canyoning.ai do not include any insurance coverages and that youare required to obtain separate coverage at an additional cost to the activity price. When obtaining travel insurance you must ensure that your personal insurance agent is aware of the type of activity you are about to practice, so that your insurance company may properly cover your safety on the applicable canyoning event.

  1. Prices and taxes

The published price of any promoted canyoning event in our portal includes all local legitimate taxes and is subject to change at any time.

  1. Validity

Canyoning.ai portal promoting all dates, itineraries and prices offers only indications and the price quoted at the time of Booking shall be the applicable price. If changes, revisions, or other amendments occur before a contract is concluded a written confirmation will be e-mailed by Canyoning.ai.

8.Deposits

At time of booking any canyoning event promoted by Canyoning.ai portal, a deposit is required, as applicable, per person, per tour is due from the event participants to Canyoning.ai. The deposit should be sent to Canyoning.ai by PayPal or Stripe. Certain events may require full payment at the time of booking, which will be advised prior to the confirmation of such booking by e-mail.

  1. Details required for your booking

To secure a valid confirmation of your booking with Canyoning.ai you must provide all necessary information as requested by our Terms and Conditions. If you don’t proceed with the required information Canyoning.ai portal cannot proceed with the booking request. Our portal reserves the right to treat such booking as cancelled and levy any cancellation fees deemed reasonable by Canyoning.ai, in its sole discretion, where you have not provided full booking details as requested by Canyoning.ai by the relevant time. Canyoning.ai will not be held responsible for any fees levied on you as a result of inaccuracies, late, misplaced, or otherwise incomplete or ineligible information provided by you.

10.Final Payment and Acceptance of Booking

When you book a promoted event by Canyoning.ai you will receive a confirmation e-mail with details on your final payment. If you don’t proceed to the full payment by due date, Canyoning.ai promoted events professional canyoning guides companiesmay consider your bookingas cancelled and will keep the deposit as a cancellation fee. In case that payment terms differ from those outlined in this section (for any event), the applicable terms will be communicated to you prior to booking and shall also be detailed on the applicable invoice.

Canyoning.aiis not responsible for any charges by third parties and/or financial institutions and payable by you as a result of credit card or other payment transactions in connection with the purchase of promoted events and will not refund or return any fees charged by such third parties in connection with payments made by you to Canyoning.ai.

  1. Cancellation by you

You may cancel your booking by notifying Canyoning.ai, where applicable. Canyoning.ai promoted eventsby professional canyoning guides companiesare subject to alternative cancellation terms, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

  1. Guaranteed Departures and Cancellation of an event by Canyoning.ai.

We guarantee all scheduled promoted event departures that have been booked by you shall depart as scheduled (subject to reasonably itinerary changes as contemplated elsewhere in these Terms). A departure shall become guaranteed once at least one person has a confirmed booking upon it. We cannot apply this guarantee in Force Majeure situations defined in the following.

If a promoted event is cancelled by a professional canyoning guides companybefore the agreed date of departure for reasons not arising from Force Majeure or the fault or negligence of or within your reasonable control, you shall have the choice of:

  1. Accepting a substitute event of equivalent or superior value, where such substitute is reasonably available; or
  2. accepting a event of lower value if no event of equivalent or superior value is reasonably available, and to recover fromCanyoning.ai promoted events professional canyoning guides companiesthe difference in price between the price of the event originally purchased and that of the substitute event; or
  3. accept from Canyoning.ai promoted events professional canyoning guides companiesa full refund paid for the cancelled event.

Canyoning.ai holds no responsibility for any consequential losses or incidental expenses that you may experience after the booking cancellation such as: visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flight or railway tickets, non-refundable car parking or other fees, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment, etc. Where after departure a significant element of the event as described cannot be provided, Canyoning.ai promoted events professional canyoning guides companieswill make suitable alternative arrangements for the continuation of the event. If it is not possible to provide a suitable alternative or you reasonably reject any suitable alternatives, we will provide you a refund set on the spot between the leader of the descent and Canyoning.ai in a logical period of time after your departure.

13.Travel Documents

You are entirely responsible for securing your documents and must be in possession at all times while on an event of a valid passport or personal ID required for entry, departure and travel to any country of the world you might travel to participate in promoted events by Canyoning.ai. The same matters for re-entering to your country of residence or departure. Apart from that you are entirely responsible for your visas, permits and certificates. Please realize that you accept full responsibility for obtaining all your documents, visas and permits prior to the start of the event, and are solely responsible for any adverse consequences resulting from missing or defective documentation. Canyoning.ai holds no responsibility if you don’t have or lose anywhere/anyhow your travel documents.

Authorities in all the countriesof the world may require that a passport used to enter the country remain valid for a minimum period after the date of entry to the country. Please make sure to check your passport’s expiring date before booking an event and see what the requirements are in the country you wish to visit and participate in a canyoning event promoted by Canyoning.ai. In some countries takes 2-3 weeks to get a new passport and sometimes applications can take longer if the touristic season is at its peak. So, we kindly advise you to apply for a new passport or visa or the essential travel documents you might need as early as possible prior to your intended trip.

14.Flexibility and Unused Services

You must acknowledge by booking an event that outdoor activities and especially canyoning require of you to be considerably flexible. Also please acknowledge that you will permit reasonable alterations to the event promoted by Canyooning.ai. All participants need to acknowledge their understanding that the schedule, itinerary, route, the amenities and mode of transport may change without notice if the circumstances, which may include sickness or mechanical breakdown, incidents in the location where the event will take place, flight cancellations, strikes, events emanating from political disputes, entry or border difficulties, extreme weather and other unpredictable or unforeseeable circumstances which are beyond the reasonable control of Canyoning.ai and that Canyoning.ai is not liable to any participant for such changes or amendments.

Canyoning.ai shall not be liable for or pay any discounts or refunds for missed or unused services which were missed or unused by the participants due to no fault of Canyoning.ai, its agents, or representatives, or the professional guides in charge of thee descents which shall include any termination of your participation in the event due to your own fault, negligence or breach of Canyoning.ai Terms and Conditions.

  1. Changes

Changes made by Canyoning.ai promoted event’s professional canyoning guides companies: Reasonable changes in the itinerary of any event may be made where deemed necessary or advisable for operational and safety reasons.

Once the canyoning group with all participants has departed, changes might be necessary or advisable as a result of unforeseen circumstances or other reasons related to effective event operation, health, safety, participants enjoyment, or/and comfort. Any such changes are at the discretion of Canyoning.ai promoted events professional canyoning guides companies. They will make suitable alternative arrangements, at no extra cost to the participants, for the continuation of the event and will, where appropriate, compensate you for the difference between the services to be supplied under the contract and those that were actually supplied. If Canyoning.ai promoted event’s professional canyoning guides companies are unable to make arrangements as described above for reasons other than the refusal of you to accept such arrangements, Canyoning.ai promoted event’s professional canyoning guides companieswill, where appropriate, provide you with equivalent transport back to your place of departure or to another place to which you and Canyoning.ai promoted event’s professional canyoning guides companieshave mutually agreed. All participants acknowledge that they must have reasonable financial resources to cover incidental expenses on every event in which they participate, whether or not they arise from a change in the itinerary or from the event itself.Canyoning.ai promoted events professional canyoning guides companiesshall not be liable for any failure on thebehalf of all participants to prepare adequately for their participationwhere unforeseen circumstances may arise during such an outdoor activity. Canyoning.ai will not be liable for any indirect and or consequential losses associated with any changes to an event’s itinerary.

Changes made by you: You are responsible for ensuring that information provided to Canyoning.ai in making your booking is accurate, up-to-date, and correct. Bookings are not transferable to other Products of Canyoning.ai. Any changes to the travelling person’s name on any event booking are subject to Canyoning.ai promoted event’s professional canyoning guides company’s approval. Any changes to a file will depend on availability and will be on a request basis and subject to Canyoning.ai promoted events professional canyoning guides company’s approval. Any extra costs incurred for making the change will be charged to you along with an administrative fee. No changes are permitted to any booking within 10 days of departure of the event to depart under the applicable booking.

If you are prevented through reasons completely beyond your control from proceeding with an event as booked by you, there exist the possibility to transfer you booking to another person who satisfies all the conditions applicable to the event activity, provided that you give notice to Canyoning.ai of your intention to transfer no less than 14 days before the date when departure is due to take place. Where such a transfer is made, you and the person taking your place at the event shall be jointly and severally liable to Canyoning.ai for payment of the price of the event (or, if part of the price has been paid, for payment of the balance) and for any additional costs arising from such a transfer.

  1. Your acceptance of risk

You must acknowledge that the nature of canyoning events is adventurous and may involve a significant amount of risk to your health and/or safety. Outdoor activities and canyoning events are generally dangerous.  You must acknowledge that you have considered such risks to health and safety and are willing to assume it to the full extent legally possible, by confirming your booking of such an event. 

You hereby assume the risk and do hereby release Canyoning.ai promoted events professional canyoning guides companies from all claims and causes of action arising from any losses, damages or injuries or death resulting from these risks inherent in travel, including adventure travel specifically, visiting foreign destinations, and participating in outdoor activities and tours such as those included in Canyoning.ai promoted events. Standards of hygiene, accommodation and transport in the countries of the world where these canyoning events take place, may be lower than comparable standards than what you may reasonably expect in your home country or region.

You must acknowledge that the degree and nature of personal risk involved depends on the nature of the event booked, or the location(s) in which such an event is to take place, and that there may be a significant degree of personal risk involved in travel on the occasion of the event, particularly because such an event involves physical activity, travel to remote locations, carriage by various transportation means, participation in “extreme sports” or other high-risk activities, or travel to regions with under-developed infrastructure.

You must acknowledge that you have considered the potential risks, dangers and challenges in light of your own personal capabilities and needs, and expressly assume the risks attendant to travel under such conditions.

You must acknowledge and agree that Canyoning.ai is not responsible for providing information or guidance to you with respect to local customs, weather conditions, specific safety concerns, physical challenges or laws in effect in any locations where our promoted events are taking place.

You must – at all times –  strictly comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the countries of the world where our promoted events are taking place and the regions visited during the event. Should you fail to comply with the above or commit any illegal act when on the event or, if in the opinion of the Canyoning.ai promoted event professional canyoning guides company (acting reasonably), your behavior is causing or is likely to cause danger, distress or material annoyance to others, Canyoning.ai may terminate your travel arrangements on any event immediately without any liability on Canyoning.ai’s part and you will not be entitled to any refund for unused or missed services or costs incurred resulting from the termination of the travel arrangements, including, without limitation, return travel, accommodations, meals, and/or incidentals.

You agree that you are responsible for any costs incurred by Canyoning.ai’s suppliers or Canyoning.ai’s partners, as a result of damage, destruction, theft, or excess cleaning fees caused or occasioned by you while on the booked event. You agree to immediately report any pre-existing damage of this kind to the staff of the accommodation, transportation service, or facility (as appropriate) and/or a Canyoning.ai’s representative as soon as possible upon discovery by you.

You agree to take all prudent measures in relation to your own safety while on any event promoted by Canyoning.ai, including, but not limited to, the proper use of safety devices such as seatbelts, harnesses, and helmets provided to you by Canyoning.ai promoted events professional canyoning guides companies, and obeying all posted signs and warnings in relation to your health and safety. Canyoning.ai, nor its Third Party Suppliers (as hereinafter defined) shall not be liable for any failure on your part to comply safety instructions or recommendations of Canyoning.ai or its Third Party Suppliers.

You agree to bring any complaints regarding an event promoted by Canyoning.ai as soon as possible in order to provide Canyoning.ai with the opportunity to address such complaint properly. You agree to inform the Tour Leader of the Canyoning.ai promoted event professional canyoning guides company at the earliest opportunity. Canyoning.ai assumes no liability for complaints that are not properly brought to our attention with sufficient notice for Canyoning.ai to resolve or attempt to resolve any of your complaints. Any complaint made after the completion of an event must be received in writing by Canyoning.ai via its promoted event professional canyoning guides company or directly within 30 days of the end of the event in question.

  1. Canyoning.ai is not liable for its third party suppliers and the promoted event professional canyoning guides companies.

Canyoning.ai promoted event professional canyoning guides companies make arrangements with activity providers, accommodation providers, coach companies, transfer operators, shore excursion operators, tour and local guides, and other independent parties (“Third Party Suppliers”) to provide you with the travel services and other services you purchase or which form the component parts of your chosen event activity. Third Party Suppliers may also engage the services of local operators and/or sub-contractors for the provision of travel services that form part of the event activity. Although Canyoning.ai promoted event professional canyoning guides companiestake all reasonable care in selecting Third Party Suppliers, Canyoning.aiis unable to control Third Party Suppliers and do not supervise Third Party Suppliers and therefore cannot be responsible for their acts or omissions. The travel services and other services provided are subject to the conditions imposed by these suppliers and their liability is limited by their tariffs, conditions of carriage, tickets and vouchers and international conventions and agreements that govern the provision of their services. These may limit or exclude liability of the supplier. You must acknowledge that Third Party Suppliers operate in compliance with the applicable laws of the countries in which they operate and Canyoning.ai does not warrant that any Third Party Supplier is in compliance with the laws of your country of residence, or any other jurisdiction.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, Canyoning.ai IS NOT LIABLE AND WILL NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS, LOSSES, DAMAGES, COSTS OR EXPENSES ARISING OUT OF INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF ENJOYMENT, UPSET, DISAPPOINTMENT, DISTRESS OR FRUSTRATION, WHETHER PHYSICAL OR MENTAL, RESULTING FROM THE ACT OR OMISSION OF ANY PARTY. For clarity, neither Canyoning.ai nor any carrier is liable for the acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise, of Third Party Suppliers or any independent contractors.

  1. Optional Extras

Optional Extras (which for the purposes of this section mean any activity, transportation, meal, or any other product or service not expressly included in the event description or itinerary, or in the price of the event) do not form part of the event. You agree that any assistance given by Canyoning.ai promoted event professional canyoning guides companies in arranging, selecting, or booking, any Optional Extras is purely at your request. Canyoning.ai makes no warranties regarding such information and expressly disclaims any liability whatsoever arising from any Optional Extras or participation thereon by you, or any information provided by any Canyoning.ai promoted event professional canyoning guides companiesregarding any Optional Extras. Accordingly, you hereby release Canyoning.ai from all claims and causes of action arising from any damages, loss of enjoyment, inconvenience, or injuries related to or arising from participation in or booking of Optional Extras.

By using such services or activities you shall be deemed to agree and consent that any liability for any loss, damages, death, personal injury, illness, emotional distress, mental suffering or psychological injury or loss of or damage to property shall be the sole responsibility of the final provider of such service or activity.

  1. Liability

Canyoning.aiis not responsible for any damages, expenses, losses, or claims which are attributable to the fault of any client, the unforeseeable or unavoidable act or omission of a third party unconnected with the provision of any services that form any part of the event,  or a force majeure situation (as herein defined).

Canyoning.ai shall have no liability for loss, theft of or damage to your baggage or personal effects of you while participating in anevent. You should not leave your personal belongings unattended in any public areas, on board any mode of transportation, or elsewhere, and you are responsible at all times for your own effects and belongings. Canyoning.ai cannot accept responsibility for and in no event shall be liable for loss or damage of valuables or other articles left in or on facilities used by Canyoning.ai promoted event professional canyoning guides companies such as hotels, homestays, vessels, vehicles, or any other mode of transportation.

In the event that any loss, death, injury or illness is caused by the negligent acts and/or omissions of Canyoning.ai promoted event professional canyoning guides companies or of the third-party suppliers of any services which form part of the booking, Canyoning.ai holds no responsibility what so ever. Canyoning.ai promoted event professional canyoning guides companieslimit their liability, where applicable by all applicable International Conventions.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary elsewhere in these Terms, Canyoning.ai shall not in any circumstances be liable to you for any loss or anticipated loss of profit, loss of enjoyment, loss of revenue, loss of use, loss of contract or other opportunity nor for any other consequential or indirect loss or damage of a similar nature.

For claims not involving personal injury, death or illness or which are not subject to the Conventions referred to above, any liability Canyoning.ai may incur for the negligent acts and/or omissions of its promoted event professional canyoning guides companies shall be limited to a maximum of the price which you have paid for the event, not including insurance premiums and administration charges. Canyoning.ai will not at any time be liable for any loss of or damage to valuables of any nature. You agree that you shall be precluded from making a double recovery by making the same claims and seeking recovery against Canyoning.ai and its promoted event professional canyoning guides companies, contractors or other third parties.

  1. Force Majeure

Canyoning.ai shall not be liable in any way to you for death, bodily injury, illness, damage, delay or other loss or detriment to person or property, or financial costs both direct and indirect incurred, or for Canyoning.ai promoted event professional canyoning guides companies failure to commence, perform and/ or complete any duty owed to the you if such death, delay, bodily injury (including emotional distress or injury), illness, damage or other loss or detriment to person or property is caused by Act of God, war or war like operations, mechanical breakdowns, terrorist activities or threat thereof, civil commotions, labor difficulties, interference by authorities, political disturbance, howsoever and where so ever any of the same may arise or be caused, riot, insurrection and government restraint, fire, extreme weather or any other cause whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of Canyoning.ai promoted event professional canyoning guides companies; or an event which Canyoning.ai or the professional canyoning guides companies of services, even with all due care, could not foresee.

21.Images and Marketing

You agree that while participating in any Canyoning.ai event images, photos or videos may be taken by other participants and/or the professional canyoning guides or tour leaders that may contain or feature you in part or in whole. You acknowledge that you consent to any such pictures being taken and agree that you hereby grant a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to Canyoning.ai promoted event professional canyoning guides companies, its affiliates and assigns, to reproduce for any purpose whatsoever (including marketing and promotions), in any medium whatsoever, whether currently known or hereinafter devised, without any further obligation to you or compensation payable to you.

  1. Privacy Policy
  • Reservation Procedure Online

In order to complete your online reservation as a guest of a third party website you are asked to give personal data. The administrator (controller of the booking system) is asking you for your data to proceed to your reservation.

  • Automatically Received Data

We get data automatically such as: date and time of accessing our system, IP address, location, browser that is used, device, software that is used in the device or computer, pages that are visited and clicked and from which website someone came to our system.

  • Various Other Sources Provide Data

Other websites integrate with our booking engines that collect data about reservations that are completed. The administrator (controller of the booking system) is using them for managing purposes.

However, after booking an event of a Canyoning.ai promoted professional canyoning guides company in another country of the world, theContract and these Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the company’s country.

25.Amendments

Any such amendment shall take effect 10 days following their posting to the Websites.
